Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern subscription to the Premium plan of the Kinetic Sync service, published by DB TECH (see legal notice). Any subscription implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Description of the service
Kinetic Sync automatically syncs and renames your activities between Strava and Garmin Connect. The free plan allows a limited number of syncs per month; the Premium plan unlocks unlimited syncs.
3. Price
The Premium subscription is offered at 1,99 € TTC / mois, French VAT included. The price may change; any change will be communicated in advance and will only apply to subsequent billing dates.
4. Subscription
Subscription is completed online through our payment provider Stripe. The checkout clearly states that it is a paid order: confirming payment constitutes an order with an obligation to pay. By confirming, you acknowledge having read and accepted these terms.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, via Stripe. The subscription is monthly and charged automatically on each billing date. DB TECH stores no card data.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically. You may cancel at any time, online, directly from your subscription area (cancellation as easy as subscribing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep Premium access until then, after which you automatically return to the free plan. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata.
7. Right of withdrawal
As this is digital content/service supplied immediately, you expressly request that performance begin upon subscription and therefore waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Once the service is activated, withdrawal is no longer possible.
8. Invoices
An invoice is issued via Stripe for each billing date and made available to you.
9. Availability and liability
DB TECH has a best-efforts obligation regarding availability and proper operation of the service, which depends on third-party APIs (Strava, Garmin) whose changes or outages may affect it, without our liability being engaged as a result.

12. Consumer mediation
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, after sending a written complaint that did not receive a satisfactory response. Competent mediator: [MÉDIATEUR — à compléter après adhésion].
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts.
